Melville-based law firm  is seeking a focused, driven, technologically proficient office administrator to manage firm operations.  Responsibilities include staffing matters, compensation and benefits, interact and negotiate with legal research providers, maintain the firm library and publications, and handle the firm's website, marketing/public relations.  The ideal candidate is comfortable working hard in high pressure situations and is motivated, energetic, creative, and resourceful.  This is a great opportunity for a creative, experienced office administrator or a marketing director with a background in management.
