 To our tribe:

Today marked two historic events: The 223rd anniversary of George
Washington's first "State of The Union Address" to the nation and the
first meeting of the "Fourth Year" for our Gotham Towers networking
group !

Wow, thats a stretch but it was a great meeting to start our new year
with. The theme of today's meeting was revealed to me last month when
Fred stated that he would be on vacation and would miss this meeting.
Since absence makes the heart grow fonder and Towers is "Fred's
favorite group", we decided to go around the table and I asked those
in attendance to characterize Fred and his essence in "one word and
one word only". Duplicate responses like "ditto" were not allowed.
Here's what they said and what helps to define this wonderful man:

We always find that we at Tower's enjoy talking about each other
especially when you're not in the room to defend yourself. In the
tradtion of the Friar's who "only roast those whom they love"; we
honor that tradition by "toasting" our leader and head "promoter".
Fred: "we hope you had a great vacation; looking forward to seeing you
at our next meeting on Tuesday 2/26. Happy New Year Gothamites.
