[Fredslist] cancellation clauses

Does anyone have a sample termination clause that they include in their
speaking contracts-if the client cancels...thanks in advance.

Please add a cancellation clause to your proposal that protects us in case
the training sessions must be cancelled. 

 

I do not anticipate that, but our Sourcing team is asking for that
protection before we sign the proposal.
