[Fredslist] Looking for chef and cooking demonstration in NYC for charity event planned

I am planning the charity's next fundraiser as its' Executive director,

The Partnership for Student Advancement, a 501(c)(3) charity helps
underprivileged youth in high school find a career and make a life.

This is an exploratory email.
My initial idea:
I am looking to hold a cooking demonstration and then dinner....eating
the food....for from 30 to 50 people.

I would like to charge a fairly low price, giving half
to the establishment and keeping half for the charity.

If it costs more than what the ticket allows, and e place wants to
donate this remaining value to the charity, a letter could be provided
to use for tax reporting purposes.

This small charity, is looking for help in raising money. Any help
including your ideas
that you can provide in this area would be very much appreciated.
