[Fredslist] Need advice regarding domain hosting company not playing nice.

Hi All,

I'm having difficulties dealing with an IT/domain reseller that will not release a domain name I own.  I'm trying to move it to another hosting company.

For the past week or more, my IT Dept. and I have followed all instructions requested and required by this third-party company.  Yet while I receive all emails from this company, suspiciously, I'm not receiving the required "EEP Key" that they "claim" has been emailed to me.

We've confirmed the email is not going to spam.  We've changed email addresses for correspondents.  Nothing has changed and we still have not received the needed EEP Key.

I suspect this company is not playing fairly in an attempt to charge me additional customer service time to resolve the issue.  Is there a higher authority (an IT Police if you will), that I can bring complaints to?

Any feedback would be appreciated.
