[Fredslist] Contractor/Painter Thank You - AND request for a room for a relocating artist

Gotham:



A quick and heartfelt thank you to those who recommended contractors/handymen.  While I couldn't get to all, there are 2 in the final running. I'll certainly keep everyone's names on file & refer when I can.



AND, if anyone knows of a room/apt share for a returning-to-US-artist, please let me know.  The artist is a mature woman, and needs a place asap, at least until she can find a more permanent solution
