Good Afternoon:
 
We have an opening for an experienced med mal paralegal or an experienced  
PI paralegal who has familiarity with medical records.  Duties include  
obtaining discovery from the defense, sending records to experts, breaking down  
medical charts, electronic filing in the court system,  communicating with  
defense attorneys and the courts, drafting of basic motions to compel 
compliance  with discovery, etc. We offer PTO, 401(k), and full medical.
