I'm a single woman looking for an apartment/home share or sublet in or near
NYC for six to twelve months.  Access to public transportation important as
I don't have a car.  My current apt. on the UWS has been sold. I must be
out by March 31 but could move sooner.  I'm neat, quiet, easy-going,
