[Fredslist] Final Call for Gazette What are you most proud of

Hi

Tell me what you are most proud of to date by end of  next week to be
included in the Gotham City Gazette.

Here's an example:

 

Last weekend my daughter, the reality TV producer, told me a story about a
woman she met recently that she is filming. Alissa, my daughter, stated to
the cast member that cast member reminded her of me.  Along time ago an aunt
dubbed me the woman in the covered wagon  from the wild west days that treks
across the wilderness overcoming incredible obstacles and odds.

Honestly, no one bet I would rise from what became the ashes of my life
which had collapsed very suddenly and completely.  I was a pregnant,
stay-at-home mom, with no college degree that had to start over single
within the 1st year of birth to my second child.

Alissa said the cast member had a similar covered wagon story and aura about
her.  The story focused on the woman's strengths.   At that moment, I not
only instantly understood but felt honored that my daughter had this
incredible opinion about me. More importantly that both my children shared
the opinion and openly. I am honored they count me among their role models.
Going into 2013 that is what I am most proud of so far. 

 Hey Gotham, for the Gazette, tell me what you are most proud of  as simply
as I did above by next week.
