[Fredslist] Excel Help: adding trend lines to bar graph

Hi everyone, 

 

Is there an Excel expert out there who can help me create a chart in excel
with the following specifications? I will be happy to pay for your time. If
we can use join.me or other screen sharing, I'd like to learn how to do this
for myself. 

 

Here is the data, below. We want to show separate trend lines for each year
as compared to forecast for the year.
