I am selling my house in Dix Hills (4 Arista Drive). You can google it for pictures. It is a 3 bedroom 3 bathroom ranch (Finished basement; new Appliances; new roof; new CAC system; new cesspool; new hot water heater; and much more). I have moved out so immediate occupancy. I am listing it on March 15th so if anyone knows someone who may be interested, please let me know. I also am willing to pay a commission if one of our brokers has a buyer.
