[Fredslist] Licensed structural engineer needed

Good morning Gotham,

Need help for friends who are buying a house on Long Island.  The bank wants
them to get a licensed structural engineer to look at the house because of
some water issues at the foundation.  Need this for mortgage approval.

 

If you are a licensed structural engineer or can recommend one you have
worked with, please let me know so I can pass on the referrals and help my
friends.
