Looking for a stock finance lawyer looking to take case on a contingency basis , a shareholders derivatives lawsuit, so far we have over 15 shareholders with an approx loss of more than 1mil
The company let their stock get delisted and they still continue to do business.
we are pretty sure we have enough share holders and think we can break the corporate vail, the owners have lots of assets.
