[Fredslist] Need Guidance on Buying Oil Fired Furnace etc

My daughters residence in northeast Nassau needs a new furnace, a/c
condenser etc.

Different oil companies are trying to sell her different size units and
different components to solve the entire HVAC situation.

Does anyone know someone familiar with Oil Heat who can help guide us or
sell us what is properly needed?

Need to get this new unit in before winter hits as my infant
granddaughter lives there.
