A client is looking for hire someone who is very familiar with the Access Data base and excel and likes working with numbers.
The job uses the system which is programmed to receive downloaded commission statements with multiple invoices which then have to be paid out to her employees. After the statements are "balanced" that is the sum of the parts match the check and report received; the person then has to do a series of reports detailing what is being paid to each of the 9 people.
The pay period is the 28th of the month so the person would have to be available to do the work the last 2 weeks of every month, although the work can be done at anytime of the day, or night.
Remote access can be arranged.
The job is approximately 30 - 40 hours per month.
Pay commensurate with skill level.
