[Fredslist] Case worker needed

Good morning along the Gotham Network;
 
My husband has had a mild stroke. He is going to live, he is not paralyzed, 
 but there are serious vision and depth perception problems as well as 
speech  problems. It is unlikely that he will be able to practice medicine. He 
is a full  professor of medicine at MT. Sinai. He is 79, a gastroenterologist 
with a  sub-specialty in Crohn's disease and ulcerative colitis. You can

I am going to need an experienced, proven, highly qualified case manager to 
 help me through there morass of paper work, identifying the best home care 
 available and generally taking the busy work out of my hands while I run 
our  households.
 
He is currently at the Berkshire Medical Center in the rehab department for 
 the next two weeks when we hope to be able to return to New York. Please 
only  refer highly qualified people who do this sort of thing for a living. I 
will  need to interview them and will require several references.
