I received that following from a client of mine.  If anyone has a good contact that can help - please have them contact my client directly via email - please use my name.

My maternal mother, 86 years old, resides in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, currently in an assisted living facility.  She was diagnosed with severe dementia and is the victim of serious financial abuse.  The abuse is so very complex and since she kept me out of her life I am not privy to anything. However, I was made POA for her affairs, but the situation is so complex that I do need a lawyer to handle this situation.  Example, my name was also fraudently used, as POA, at the Bank of America in Fort Lauderdale....so its big!

Can you refer me to someone down there?
