to help others in any way she can. She is a smart, professional and down
to earth person.

We are so lucky to have Janet in Gotham and I am very lucky to have her

Gotham,

Janet Adler has been a great resource  and an unbelievable supporting
friend over the past 2 plus years (always going above and beyond) .  
I met Janet via Fred while looking for an apartment to buy in NYC
(unfortunately my untimely layoff prevented me from purchasing).
However, Janet gave 100 % in finding the perfect fit for me... She
continues  to be supportive and a great resource for networking contact
for me and many others ... Yes! Even from her new home in Florida.  She
is Gotham's Florida connection (she is currently assisting my cousin in
finding a condo on the coast) and continues networking in NY).  
Janet is a "Giver" of time, dedication, trust, and friendship.   She is
an excellent example of Gotham's montra: It's Better to Give Than
Receive, But What Goes around Comes Around!T
