Fred,

Here are the directions:


1.       The name of the field is “Crossway 1”.


2.       From  Long Island:  Go over the Whitestone Bridge and head north on the Hutchinson River Parkway (which begins on the Bronx side of the water).  Get off at Exit 22, Mamaroneck ROAD.  Right off the ramp.  First traffic light, make a left into the parking lot, and the field is right there.


3.       From New York City:  Take the Bronx River Parkway, the Saw Mill/Henry Hudson or the Major Deegan (I don’t recommend the Deegan because the exit is really difficult and dangerous) north to the Cross County Parkway, and follow the signs to the Hutchinson River Parkway.  Head north on “The Hutch”, and get off at Exit 22, Mamaroneck ROAD.  Right off the ramp to the first traffic light.  Make a left into the field/parking lots.


4.       From northern Westchester and  Connecticut:  Hutch to Mamaroneck ROAD and get off at Exit 22.  Exit 23 is Mamaroneck Avenue—don’t get off there.  Right off the ramp, first traffic light make a left into the field and parking.

I am not sure that I’m going to be there for the first pitch:  I have to drive my older daughter to Colgate for her senior year on Friday, and don’t want to drive four more hours back home, so I’ll probably sleep in her apartment and get on the road early in the morning.  So if I’m late, don’t worry—I’m on my way.
