[Fredslist] HUD and VA regulatory attorney referral

Can anyone recommend an attorney who is experienced in regulatory
compliance related issues relating to HUD and VA matters.  We have a
client looking for this expertise in connection with an acquisition of a
mortgage company and OCC chartered bank.
