[Fredslist] Has anyone every shipped furniture out of state as an EBay purchase

We have some large antique tables which we¹d like to sell on eBay but I
first need help in 

1. finding a shipping company who could do this inexpensively...
2. How do I charge the buyer for shipping and delivery costs
