our computer technician extraordinaire.

 

Steve Levy has worked for many years as a computer technician, technical
troubleshooter and technical manager at various great companies such as IBM,
Merrill Lynch and NYC Transit Authority.  He was the top troubleshooter at
the NYC Transit help desk, resolving all problems that were not being solved
by the help desk technicians. 

 

In 2005, Steve gathered all of his skills and experience and started his own
business, Pinpoint Computer Services. Pinpoint Computer Services handles
small business, home-office, and home computers. Services include
installation, networking, problem resolution, virus removal and protection,
backups  data recovery and more.  The company has won the Angie's List Super
Service award in 2010, 2011 and 2012, an honor bestowed on only the top 5%
of companies on Angie's List. Steve's company motto is "We Get Your
