Get in on the ground floor with a newly licensed home care agency serving seniors and the disabled, reporting to the agency Administrator. Great opportunity for rapid advancement as this fast growing companion agency expands into licensed personal care services.  Dynamic, self-motivated RN needed to fill this full-time position.

This position supervises HHA's, PCA's, and Companions, conducts in-home assessments, develops and manages care plans, helps identify appropriate assignment of field staff, conducts in-services, and ensures compliance with regulations, policies, and procedures.

RN licensure in good standing in the state of New York and at least 2 years of supervisory and home care nursing experience are required. Health and dental insurance, 401K matching, paid time off, and bonus program are provided.
