[Fredslist] Linked in-having trouble with password

Yes, I have been in touch with Marc, our Linked in guru.

But, I am still not able to get into Linked in.  At the end of my several encounters with the help people at Linked in, which started about other issues, I had to change my password. The last thing I received from them is that my password has been reset, which it hasn't, and then a customer satisfaction survey. That was more than 24 hours ago.

So, I have not been able to use Linked in, around which my business life revolves for over 3 days.  Does anyone have any information that will help me get this right so I can get back to work?
