[Fredslist] watermark command missing, word xp

Good morning Gothamites,
 
     I need to watermark a document that's ready  to send but the command 
is missing or somewhere I can't  find.
 
     A friend had me check under Format, Backgrounds  but 'Make a 
Watermark' not listed.  I don't recall where it used to be but  definitely had it on 
toolbar somewhere.
 
     I've googled make or add watermark command  but not getting me there.
 
     A quick instruction how to restore this would be  fabulous!
