[Fredslist] Need some guidance

Hi Folks:

A business colleague of mine has had an ongoing issue with a former partner.  The former partner has gone to two attorneys (first one said after time there is no case) and made the dispute a very public matter that has caused my colleague harm/stress.  I was curious if I could speak with someone who could potentially help.
