[Fredslist] TICKET BROKER - legal help needed

Legal/general advise needed.  

 

By mistake a friend of mine purchased tickets thru a ticket broker for the
Streisand concert.   They intended to purchasing the tickets thru the
Barclay Center.  What is the maximum amount that a ticket can be purchased,
above face, in NY and has anyone been successful in getting the charges
reversed.  He used his AMEX card to purchase the tickets.
