I have a client who will be entering a felony plea in State Supreme Court. He is not a US citizen but has very extenuating circumstances regarding his presence in the US and a need to remain. If anyone can offer me their advice or expertise on the deportation side it would be greatly appreciated. As always, thanks in advance.
