Friends,

 

I have friends in northern NJ (Garwood, Union County) who are looking to
move into PA, just over the PA/NJ border off I-78.  They purchased a house
(cash) and would like a loan in order to make improvements on the house.
(They would even like to implement green technology for many improvements.)

 

They are finding it to be more difficult than first thought in getting a
loan to cover all the improvements.

positive marks for buying the house for cash and for implementing green
