[Fredslist] bookkeeper plus

[Joshua Zinder]

I have had a part time book keeper for years (she was first outsourced, now is in house, although part time) I am interested in moving her from hourly to salary(full time). If I run her hours out to a full day (even 6 hours a day) it seems like it is much higher than I would have expected.  What is a reasonable salary for a full time book keeper who also does some HR related to insurance and such.  Anyone have any ideas?
