Gothamites,

This is what makes Gotham so amazing.

Steve is right - we ARE surrounded by GREAT people.

Steve Lichtenstein, David Stein, Amparo Connors, Vik Rajan & I go back atleast 8 years to HBA and Gotham.

Last night, not only did Scott donate generously, he also gave great giveaways, and today we learn that he comes to us thru Corey & Amparo.

After the dinner group, Erin Ardleigh, David Heron & I had drinks at Pera and I learned of the many years of friendship & professional affiliation Erin & David have.

I invite YOU to have breakfast, lunch or coffee with a different Gothamite every week outside the meetings.

I promise you that if you take the "1 Gothamite a week" challenge, your life will be richer...and your bank balance too.

--Raj

Scott is the new printer of the “Newsbits” newsletter for the North Bellerose Civic Association on whose Board Corey and I serve. I’ve known Scott for many years as he’s the printer for Queens Borough Community College where my husband Jeff is Purchasing Director. Scott has also done work for my office; welcome Scott to Gotham!

We met at a not for Profit Association, The Health and Business Alliance, when it was first starting. 10 years later the HBA is still going strong and Gothamites David Abeshouse, Steven Lichtenstein, Don Hochler and myself are fellow Board members. Our Administrator is Gotham Towers GC Stephen Spurgeon…..

Since I also cannot attend the Gotham Holiday party perhaps Raj, and his new Red hair, and many of you can join us as HBA celebrates its 10th Anniversary on 11/29/12. Enclosed the beautiful flyer created by Steve Spurgeon. For only $50 you can enjoy an open Bar, dinner, a magician, top comedian, and DJ, from 6-10 pm at Douglaston Manor in Queens.

> Vik Rajan and Raj Goel entertained us by delivering each other’s elevator pitches. Their impersonations had the whole room laughing hysterically! Rumor has it that this will be a recurring feature at Dinner ;)

As most of you know, this means that 3 worthy charities will be awarded grants AND that Raj will dye his hair RED! And since Raj cannot be at the Holiday Cocktail party on 12/4 to show off his new look, Scott volunteered to print a life size cut out of Raj!

Scott is the owner of Minuteman Press in Bellrose and can help with printing (anything from business cards to life-size Raj’s) as well as direct mail and marketing. I hope you will reach out to him at scott at minutemanbellerose.com and learn more about his services at http://www.minutemanbellerose.com/
