[Fredslist] Kudos to Lew Tesser & Israeloff Legal Group

I rode the circuit to Israeloff Legal Group meeting to hear Lew Tesser speak on mediation.

His talk was highly educational, informative & fun.

The hard data on pain/pleasure seeking in the brain, various studies on positioning your arguements and the benefits of mediation tactics in real life were highly useful.

A special shout-out to my arm-wrestling buddy Josh Fornam - he proved that matrimonial attorneys are rule-breaking sharks :-)  (and they cheat!!!)
