I received the following note from a colleague and friend this evening.

My wife and I were separated a few years ago, and I am finishing the details
to get the divorce done.  We've signed a separation agreement, and the only
thing left is to do the divorce, which I believe shouldn't be too hard for
me to do, since it isn't contested.  I've already picked up the papers from
the court downtown, which includes form documents and instructions, and it
looks pretty cookie cutter.  Our daughter is not a minor. 

 

One thing that my wife has requested is a Jewish get, and I am searching
around for the least expensive option, since I am paying for it.  It doesn't
have to be an Orthodox get, so hopefully that should help.

 

Do you have any ideas of where I should go for this?
