Hi Gothamites,

 

I have a client who wants to bring a food snack product to market.  Food
already created and tested.  She has an interested investor. She wants him
to take care of everything - she's just looking for the licensing/residual
fees/income from it.  We're looking for someone experienced in this, i.e.,
appropriate contract, typical fees, all that kind of stuff.
