[Fredslist] Foreclosed Homes Cry for "Sandy" Tenants

Does anyone see a connection between the storm-related extreme need for local rentals and the glut of foreclosed houses sitting empty?  Displaced families are getting housing allowances from their insurance companies and can't find rental vacancies. Families could stay local and lenders could cut some losses.
