[Fredslist] Kudos to Bruce Cholst

Last Tuesday I attended an event for Condo and Coop owners that Bruce was
speaking at.  He is very knowledgeable and well respected as well as known
in the industry.  He contributed greatly to the panel.  Great to know we
have a maven in out mists.

Take a note if you have a need for someone with clout in this area.
