[Fredslist] Seeking short term furnished apt

I have a business colleague who is seeking a three month (June - August) lease term for 
a furnished apartment in Nassau County (or Queens on the border of Nassau).

I am not aware of any corporate housing in Nassau and he prefers not to be in a hotel.

He will make a great tenant - terms and rental rate flexible.
