Rockland County sole practitioner seeking law student as part-time law clerk
to assist lawyer for 10-15 hours per week for summer 2012.  Clerk will
receive hands-on training in business/corporate, intellectual property,
commercial litigation and other matters at office located in Orangeburg, New
York.  Responsibilities include legal research, draft documents and filing.
Clerk must have his/her own car, as office is not accessible for public
transportation.  Those students currently in or just completing their 2L
year should apply.  Position is ideal for someone who has other work for 3-4
days per week during the summer.
