[Fredslist] Looking for New York City Based Landscaoe Designer

A full-service building in the Gramercy Park area is  looking for a 
reasonably priced landscaper who will clean two existing gardens  which need some 
tender loving care to get back into shape. A number of the  existing plants 
can be moved and used within a new plan. A written  proposal needs to be 
prepared to present to the building's board. The  landscaper will need to 
purchase and execute the garden design  complete with a water sprinkler system. 
The plantings are to be perennials.
