I understand this is a long shot but I figure what the heck.  Does anyone
know Elsie Sterling Howard formerly of Philadelphia but currently in Miami
Florida. Her company is  Elsie Sterling Oversight LLC . she is the former
chairperson of the Miami Beach visitor and convention Authority. If you have
a connection or can provide an introduction I would greatly appreciate it.
