Since my niece is required to make a commitment to the Teach for America this week, any advice on how  to help her get assigned to a good location?

 She graduates from UC Berkeley this year and is already volunteering as a TA at Berkeley High School.  She's a good kid and really wants to stay in California.  Any advice will be greatly appreciated.
