Hi Gotham,

You're invited to the Gotham Young Professional's next meeting!  If you
have yet to ride the circuit to our events, you're really missing out.
Besides wine, food and our traditional "around the room" networking, this
month our presenters will be focusing on what Young Professionals need to
know when it comes to *"buying their first home*."  We'll have a 3
presenter panel; a Real Estate Attorney, a Residential Real Estate Broker
and a Mortgage Expert/Lender/Broker.  Should be great, and I'm sure it will
be beneficial for us as Young Professionals.

*Who/Bios*:

*Richard R. Rodriguez* is an experienced Real Estate Attorney and
represents clients in real estate matters, including but not limited to the
purchase and sale of residential and commercial properties. He also advises
clients in all phases of litigation.  Prior to going into private practice
in 2005, Mr. Rodriguez was an Associate at the law firm of Nadel &
Associates, P.C. where he handled all aspects of litigation in several
areas, including real property, construction and commercial litigation. His
earlier association with Meyer, Suozzi, English and Klein, P.C. honed his
skills as a labor and employment litigator.

*Elizabeth Pizzulli* is a residential real estate broker with the Corcoran
Group, specializing in both sales and rentals in Manhattan and parts of
Brooklyn.  As a licensed attorney and former civil litigator, she has the
background and research skills to provide you with the confidence and
education to find and close on that perfect “home” or valued investment.
On the sell side, she will provide you with accurate
market-pricing—presenting your home at its very best with complimentary
staging and exceptional marketing, so that it sells for the highest price
in the shortest amount of time.

*Lyle Katz* is a veteran financial professional with over 20 years of
experience.  He leverages his experience, background and skills to
understand each of his client’s specific needs and properly match them with
the most suitable mortgage products.  Lyle works with his clients to help
them determine the right time to refinance or purchase a home.  He has a
B.A in economics from Vanderbilt University and an MBA from Fordham
University.
