HELPING BUSINESS OWNER BECOME
BETTER CEO'S

How a CEO can go from a One Man Band to a Symphony Conductor

For a company to grow, the CEO has to stop being a one-man band and start
functioning more like the conductor of a symphony. As conductor you listen
to the different sections of your orchestra (your company) and make sure
they are playing at the right pitch, volume and rhythm to make the music you
want.

We'll cover 10 different sections of a company which a CEO should be
hearing from and balancing. Most CEOs do this intuitively, but not consciously.
As a result, it's hard for them to grow the company and delegate properly.
This process gets their intuition, wisdom, and experience out of their
heads and dispersed throughout the company so each "instrument" is played by
the person who can play it best and they all work together.
