[Fredslist] Green and Diversity

[Gideon Schein]

As the GC for Diversity I agree with everything Gail said about the joint
meeting between Diversity and Green yesterday.  It was a presentation and
a fascinating mixture of passionate Gothamites and fresh fish.

However, Kelly and I wanted to say a few words about Danny Mizrahi.  Pam
Mount, our guest speaker, was presenting a power point that need A/V
back-up.  There were considerable un-knowns both in the nature of the
presentation and the resources at the Friar's.  After just one phone call
Danny, who is a member of neither group jumped in and coordinated with
alacrity and grace all the A/V issues.  Once again he demonstrated the true
spirit of Gotham.  It *is* better to give then receive.  I can only hope
that what goes around comes around for Danny.
