[Fredslist] A small nonprofit, Day One, is seeking donated office space.

The organization serves young adults affected by dating violence; they don't take walk-ins and have minimal "traffic."  They are looking for enough space for 10 people (about 1000 square feet) to seat six staff members plus law student and MSW interns.  If you have any appropriate space available, for at least a full year, starting August 1, 2012, please contact Stephanie Nilva at snilva at dayoneny.org<mailto:snilva at dayoneny.org>. (There are tax benefits available for contributing space to a nonprofit.)
