At this morning's Gotham L.I. group meeting, the customary passing of the
"Gotham Summer of Giving" envelope inadvertently was omitted.  But this
provides us the opportunity to remind all Gothamites that this year, for the
first time, courtesy of Marc Halpert (if you somehow don't know who Marc is,
please crawl out from under your rock and review his profile at
GothamNetworking.com!!), we can make our Gotham Summer of Giving
contributions online, via the Gotham Foundation's website.  Here's the
direct link to the Giving site:

When you contribute (whether via cash deposited into the envelope passed
around at most summer meetings, or online), you can designate a favorite
charity to be in the running for selection as the recipient of the annual
largess of the Gotham Foundation.  It's a great way to potentially leverage
your personal donation.
