[Fredslist] Need high level contact at Tassimo, division of Kraft Foods

Hi Tribe:

My wife has been trying to resolve her issues with the Tassimo TDiscs that
keep exploding.
She has been getting stonewalled.
She even found a website for a recall form, but the site was shut down.Any
help would be appreciated.  We own two of them
