Clément  is a French attorney who is admitted to practice before the courts
of  the  State  of  New  York.   He  has  broad  knowledge in the fields on
immigration  law,  business  law,  international  law  and  litigation.  He
completed his LL.M. degree in Banking, Corporate and Finance Law at Fordham
University  School  of  Law in May 2009.  He is interested in practicing in
the corporate or antitrust department of a New York law firm or company.

Prior  to  attending  Fordham,  Clément  was  an associate at a law firm in
Paris.   He  also  was employed at a boutique law firm in New York where he
worked  on  a  variety  of  commercial litigation cases.  At both firms, he
drafted  pleadings  and motions in assorted litigations.  Clément currently
works for a busy immigration practice in New York.

At  Fordham,  Clément  devoted  his study to a variety of areas of business
law,  taking courses in Bankruptcy, International Trade Regulation, Banking
Law,  Antitrust  Law  and  Arbitration  Law.   Further,  when he studied in
Leuven, Belgium, he focused on European Union Law, particularly on European
Competition Law.
