[Fredslist] Lincoln Center 2bd apt needed

Hello Gotham!
I have a friend who is soon to join the New York Philharmonic.
He is looking for a smaller two bedroom in the Lincoln Center neighborhood.
It needs to be fairly close because he plays the double bass.

Hoping to spend $1,700.00 - $2,000.00 but need to know if this is unrealistic or on target for area.
Hoping to avoid broker costs, but if you are a broker with the perfect place please let me know.
