Just read Fred's email (please see below) from the Mentoring Seminar (that only a necessary client meeting for which I used a fellow Gotham member prevented my participation).

Gotham's Mentor Partner program represents just another valuable resource to Gotham members and I strongly recommend that any non-participants seize the opportunity offered. I participate.  It helped me.

Not only do you get help but you also help a colleague (remember that it's better to give than receive mantra).
